We create a plan for you that fits your goal, your energy, and your schedule.  We’ll scrutinize your resistence and find ways to make moving tolerable if not downright fun. Regular exercise will trim you up, create energy, and improve your thinking. Why wait?

It’s pretty easy to clean out the closet. Keeping it that way is another issue. Together we look at the flaws in your system, and fix them.  When you have systems in place to help you deal with all the incoming stuff, stress goes way down.

Crave time for fun?

Many clients have a coach to help them balance work time with family time, creative activities, and just plain relaxing. This may also mean practicing stress-reduction skills to comfortably let go of workaholic thinking. A few small, daily changes in behavior can add up to big benefits in satisfaction.
