Lynnette Rogers

How I Learned to Coach

Lynnette RogersI've worked with numerous clients from diverse ethnic and socio-economic backgrounds. Along the way I've discovered an affinity for serving others. Seems like you're giving, but you're actually getting.

Over thirty years as a Vedanta Yoga practitioner inform my growth and meditation efforts. I've had many life changes, some traumatic, but managed to pull through stronger for the scars and with sense of humor intact. This organic learning has been rounded out with therapy, coaching, education, and risk-taking – all of which contribute their own kinds of shaping.

If you're looking for someone to tell you what to do, or make decisions for you, I'm not your coach. However, if you want to let go of self-imposed boundaries and old ways of seeing, I am here to serve your growth. I will do my best to show you where you're already strong and creative, and support you in using this powerful self-image to blast through obstacles, or melt them away, depending upon your style.

My formal education includes a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology, and the Fulfillment, Balance & Process training course at Coaches Training Institute.
